How the application works, with no account required.
How many people can play?
Perfect Duo is for two players, sharing one phone or using one phone each with the full game.
Do I need an account?
No. Enter your names or nicknames and optional genders in the application settings. Your duo profile is saved on your device.
What is included for free?
A fixed set of 15 free questions. Games default to 5 questions, and you can select up to 15. Play on one phone, then each write a finale question for your partner. Avatars require the full game.
What does the full game unlock?
One purchase, with no subscription, unlocks over 500 questions, play on two phones and illustrated avatars.
Do both players need to buy or install the application?
No. One purchase covers the game: the host plays in the application and their partner scans a QR code to join in their phone’s browser, without installing the application or creating an account.
How are answers kept secret?
On one phone, each submitted answer is hidden before handing the phone to your partner. On two phones, you answer separately and reveal your answers afterwards.
How does the finale work?
Each player writes a question about themselves for their partner. Take turns on one phone, or submit questions and then answers simultaneously on two phones. Decide each match together. Each finale match earns 3 points, for up to 6 points.
How is the connection score calculated?
Each match in the regular questions earns 1 point. The finale adds up to 6 points. Your percentage is the score earned divided by the maximum possible score for your game.
Can we pause the timer?
Yes. You have 2 minutes to answer and can pause the timer. An empty answer is recorded if time runs out.
How can I restore my purchase?
Use Restore purchases in the application with the Apple account used for the original purchase. Restoring the full game does not restore locally saved names, avatars or history.
Is my data synced across devices?
No. Your profile, avatars and history stay on your device. Uninstalling may erase them unless restored from a backup. Information needed for two-phone play temporarily passes through the server.
How do I edit or delete my information?
Use settings to edit your profile or your partner’s and remove avatars. For technical data stored on the server, contact contact_duo_complice@ludogame.fr. There is no application account to delete.
What happens to my avatar photo?
With the full game, your selected photo is sent to the image-generation service. The source photo is deleted after processing. The avatar is downloaded to your device and its server copy is deleted after transfer. Get permission from anyone else shown in the photo.
Where can I download the application?
Official links will appear on the download page when the application is available. The Google Play version is in preparation.
