How the KMK Connect with friends app and its public website use information.

This public website
You can browse these pages without an account. Your language preference is saved in local browser storage and can be cleared in browser settings. These presentation pages contain no advertising, analytics tool or embedded social-media content.
Names, players and saved KMK
No KMK Connect with friends account or password is required. You can enter a first name, nickname or any other text for yourself and other players. Suggested-person preferences (mostly women, mostly men or mixed) only help make KMK suggestions more relevant; no gender information is requested. These details, custom KMK and avatars are saved on the device to run the game. A real first name is optional; a nickname is enough.
Optional illustrated avatars
Creating an avatar and supplying a photo are never required. If you choose a photo, it is sent to OpenAI only to create the avatar. KMK Connect with friends does not retain the original photo after processing. The generated avatar is downloaded to the device; the app requests deletion of its server copy after transfer. You can replace or delete the avatar. Ask permission before submitting someone else’s photo.
Multi-phone games
To synchronise a game, entered names or nicknames, the three KMK names, choices, predictions and game state pass through the server. The browser keeps the information needed to rejoin after disconnection. A room expires after 6 hours; its record may remain until cleanup when new games are created.
Purchases
The one-time purchase is processed by the App Store. A technical installation identifier and necessary transaction details are used to verify and restore full-game access. KMK Connect with friends does not receive payment card details. Data needed to prove and restore the purchase is retained while purchased access must be provided.
Your choices and rights
You can edit local information in app settings, delete players and avatars, or erase app data. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to contact_kmk@ludogame.fr. You may also complain to the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.
